It is with great sorrow for the loss of David Carradine who took his life on June 3, 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand while he was on location for a film. He will be very much missed by his family and his friends all over the world. The “Kung Fu” star was found naked and hanging in a closet of a Bangkok hotel room. According to Entertainment News there were many rumors that he had taken his own like or maybe that he died during a sex game that had gone wrong. His family members have consistently insisted that David would not do such a thing as take his own life. The family hired a forensic expert to examine his body and his also to examine the circumstances surrounding his death. David’s two younger brothers Keith and Robert said that this is a very devastating time and loss for their family and they greatly appreciate the compassion pouring in from all over the world. They are still waiting for further information from Thailand as to the scene findings and the completion of the crime laboratory and toxicology studies that are still being performed.

Police initially suspected that David Carradine was a suicide, but have since said it may have been accidental suffocation or heart failure being that he was found with a rope tied around his wrist, neck, and genitals.

Hundreds of people, including friends, family, and even former co-stars attended the funeral service for actor David Carradine. The service was held indoors at the Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. The service was by invitation only. More than 400 people attended the funeral. His burial was private.
